Amy Louise Photography

 -Does not allow refunds but does allow transfer of payment to other sessions. 

 -Is not liable for injuries or accidents that take place on their property or during any session indoor or out. 

 -Can not guarantee your child will cooperate but will do their best to capture the best images possible. 

 -Can not guarantee perfect weather conditions for your session but will suggest alternatives and opinions on what would be best regarding re scheduling or location change.

 -Will not tolerate any harassment before , during or after a session. Harassment of any kind allows Amy Louise Photography to void your session with no refund and no images. 

- Will not provide specialty props such as cakes or specific themed items unless discussed prior to booking.

Rescheduling/cancellation

  • Amy Louise Photography reserves the right to reschedule any session or projection meeting due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather or other situations beyond their control.
  • RESHOOTS & REFUNDS: Photographs are artistic creations and interpretation is subjective. Because of this, we do not offer reshoots, revisions or refunds other than for technical failures or malfunctions that prevent us from delivering the agreed upon number of technically proficient images in clear focus. In the extremely rare case we can’t deliver as outlined above, we'll refund or reshoot your session. We are not liable for any excess of fees that have been paid such as hair, makeup ect.
  • RESCHEDULING (WEATHER): If weather conditions prevent us from shooting outside, we’ll move indoors. If shooting indoors isn’t consistent with the creative direction of our session, we’ll reschedule at no cost in accordance with our above stated policy. In all cases, location and weather-related rescheduling decisions are at the sole discretion of the photographer. 
  • LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, we shoot less. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we consider it a cancellation and you forfeit your deposit. 
  • If you arrive late to a session it will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible. 
  • Mini sessions are offered at a low rate because I photograph all sessions with a tight schedule. If you are late for your time slot, I will use the remainder of the time to try and capture the best images. If you are so late that you miss your session time, your payment is forfeited and you can not reschedule. 

Digitals

  • Please back up all digital copies of your photographs. We recommend an external hard drive or flash drive. 
  • Amy Louise Photography will make every effort to retain your files for up to 6 months from the date of your session, and 4 months from the date of your projection meeting or client gallery. All print orders made by you or family members should be placed during this period.
  • Amy Louise Photography used professional equipment and goes to great lengths to ensure all files and equipment are in operable condition however all technology can experience technical issues. Amy Louise Photography is not responsible for corruption of images due to fail equipment.



Weddings

  • Wedding travel fees are subject to change as venue changes and accommodations change at Amys discretion.
  • Amy Louise Photography charges for wedding date changes and can choose to not agree to new date and time if she so chooses.
  • Amy Louise Photography charges a reschedule fee for each wedding date change after 2 changes the amount will increase.
  • Amy Louise Photography charges a holiday fee for weddings and events held on holidays.
  • Amy Louise Photography will make every effort to retain your files for up to 6 months from the date of your session, and 4 months from the date of your projection meeting or client gallery.
  • Amy Louise Photography used professional equipment and goes to great lengths to ensure all files and equipment are in operable condition however all technology can experience technical issues. Amy Louise Photography is not responsible for corruption of images due to fail equipment.
